Office Phone Depot stands behind the pre-owned business phones and equipment we sell.
If an item arrives defective or does not function properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement of the same model when available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund after the returned item is received.
For an eligible defective-item return, Office Phone Depot will cover return shipping.
Pre-Owned Condition
Our equipment is pre-owned and is not cosmetically refurbished unless specifically stated otherwise. Normal signs of previous office use may include scratches, scuffs, worn buttons, labels, markings, discoloration, or other cosmetic wear.
Normal cosmetic wear is not considered a defect.
Photos are representative of the type and general condition of the equipment being offered. Cosmetic condition may vary somewhat between units when multiple quantities are available.
Compatibility
Many business phones are designed to work only with specific telephone systems or PBX equipment.
Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their existing system before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a phone will work with your system, please contact us before ordering.
Other Returns
Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
For returns involving buyer preference, ordering the wrong model, or system incompatibility, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email officephonedepot@gmail.com or use the Contact page on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
