30-Day Guarantee & Returns

We stand behind the pre-owned business phones and equipment we sell.

If an item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible defective items may be returned for a replacement or refund. Office Phone Depot will cover return shipping for eligible defective-item returns.

Because our products are pre-owned, normal cosmetic wear from prior office use may be present. Please review the product description and photos before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their existing telephone system, wiring, service, and equipment before purchasing.

For returns that are not related to a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
