Office Phone Depot is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Office Phone Depot specializes in pre-owned business telephone equipment. Unless otherwise expressly stated, products sold through our store are pre-owned and may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior office use.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and the particular unit shipped.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, units are not individually refurbished. Customers should review product descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, and availability before purchasing.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Office Phone Depot reserves the right to accept or decline an order for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or payment issues.
Your order is not accepted until Office Phone Depot confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we may be unable to cancel an order once processing or shipment has begun.
If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or other contact information provided with the order.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable sales taxes. Standard shipping is currently provided free of charge where indicated on the website. Additional or special shipping services, if offered, may carry additional charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes associated with the transaction.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Office Phone Depot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers should promptly contact us if an order is lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem so that we can assist in determining an appropriate resolution.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Business telephone equipment can require specific telephone systems, wiring, software, firmware, service configurations, or other equipment in order to operate properly.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is compatible with their existing telephone system, service, wiring, or equipment before purchasing unless Office Phone Depot expressly states otherwise in writing.
References to compatible systems, model families, manufacturers, or related equipment are provided to assist customers but do not constitute a guarantee that a particular product will work with every system configuration.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the Services, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, page designs, and other original material, is owned by Office Phone Depot, its licensors, Shopify, or other applicable rights holders and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for lawful purposes related to browsing, evaluating, or purchasing products. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected site content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Office Phone Depot is powered by Shopify, which provides technology used to operate the Services.
Purchases made through Office Phone Depot are transactions directly between the customer and Office Phone Depot. Shopify is not the seller of Office Phone Depot products and is not responsible for the condition, compatibility, fulfillment, or performance of products sold by Office Phone Depot.

Products sold by Office Phone Depot remain subject to our applicable product descriptions and Return and Refund Policy, including our 30-day guarantee for eligible defective items.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Office Phone Depot and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
